Dominic has spent 27 years working in the not for profit, private and public housing sectors in New Zealand and the UK and three years working as a strategist for local government. As the regional manager for Servite Houses in the UK he was responsible for delivering a yearly £20 million affordable housing capital programme across London and South East England, as well as the UK’s first privately financed university halls of residence in Southampton. 

In New Zealand Dominic was responsible for implementing rural housing programmes across Northland, Eastern Bay of Plenty and the East Coast, providing affordable housing strategy and policy implementation advice for Councils and CCOs. Dominic has worked with developers to help them understand how to implement Place Making principles in their developments and also with Iwi and Maori organisations in helping them deliver their affordable rental and home ownership programmes. 

Dominic oversees all policy, development and operational activities for the Housing Foundation.
