Nazha SaadNamed as one of 2014’s “100 Women of Influence” by Westpac and the Australian Financial Review, Nazha is CEO of one of Australia’s leading social enterprises, SGCH.

With expertise in strategy development and building organisational capability, Nazha’s seven years at SGCH has seen this non-profit organisation almost double the number of properties under management and increased the number of people housed by over 33 per cent. Under Nazha’s leadership SGCH has entered into Australia’s largest single Community Housing finance deal which will see SGCH add another 275 to its growing property portfolio.

Prior to SGCH, Nazha’s diverse career has spanned  the public, private and community sectors, leading organisation-wide and whole-of-government reforms. Nazha became a National Fellow of the Institute of Public Administration Australia in 2012. In 2014 Nazha completed the Harvard Business School’s “Perspectives on Non-profit Management”.
