The AHI NZ Branch would like to invite you to a networking event for members and friends. Housing Buzz  is a series of fun debates with industry experts on key issues in housing policy.

The first event of the series in New Zealand will be held in Tauranga on Wednesday 23 May 2018.

Visiting affordable housing researcher Jeff Mosley will be speaking about the American affordable housing system and comparing it to New Zealand’s based in insights from his research to date.

Come along to hear a rant, have a glass of wine and participate in the debate with colleagues from across the housing sector.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Jeff Mosley is a community development practitioner from the U.S., currently based in New Zealand on an Ian Axford Fellowship in Public Policy, managed by Fulbright New Zealand. He is here to research how communities secure capital to deliver public/affordable housing; he also wants to examine issues of capacity that limit housing delivery. Jeff is visiting communities around the East Cape and would like to discuss his research as well as discuss affordable housing delivery mechanisms in the US.
