The AHI would like to invite you to join the networking breakfast "How housing providers can improve HR performance”. This breakfast is included in the ticket for participants of the Aboriginal Housing Master Class, however, we welcome additional registrations. 
We are delighted to introduce the guest speaker Natalie Carrington, CEO of BloomingHR, who has been bringing valuable and cost effective people solutions to the community housing sector for over 7 years.

In conjunction with the Aboriginal Housing Office, BloomingHR will be demonstrating an industry accepted online HR system that manages and automates employee recruitment and onboarding processes including; contracts of employment, new starter forms and the review and agreement to HR policies that manage your risk, inform your workforce and ensure HR/IR compliance. 
In particular this system manages and records employee probation dates, qualifications and skills and certificate and license renewals as well manages and stream lines employee performance, annual reviews, training, development and career planning. 
BloomingHR has configured the system to include:
  1. Compliant and best practice HR policies and contracts of employment (in line with SCHADS Award)
  2. Key positions typical to housing providers and KPI’s in line with industry best practice and relevant sections of the national regulatory system.
  3. Learning resources library and training relevant to social and affordable housing
The Aboriginal Housing Office will support providers interested in purchasing and implementing the system by funding initial set up, training and implementation costs. This system is all about managing your risk, streamlining critical processes and increasing capacity and capability in our sector.
